Real Estate Internship

So my wife and I are typically much busier in the summers in Michigan with flips, and managing contractors where as in the winter it slows down for us and is much easier to manage because my contractors aren't booked for weeks out.  I was wondering if anybody has used summer interns or interns just for a few months as real estate assistants.  I was thinking of doing the internship as unpaid but allowing the intern 1-3 hours a week of unlimited access to asking questions that they have while also seeing the ins and outs of every aspect of flipping houses and working with rental properties.   My worry is that I get an intern that asks me so many questions that it makes even more work for my wife and I to get what we need done throughout the week.  At the same time I see this as a possible chance for us to develop an "employee handbook" when we do scale to hiring a staff member full time because we will have the system in place on how to direct the employee.  Feedback from bothsides newbies and experienced investors is appreciated.
