I'm seeking book recs on development, or developers.  Prefer bios or auto-bios over technical.  I've never read Trump's books. Any good ones on development?  

I'm looking at a pretty big dev deal (for me) and want to get inside the heads of those who have been there. 

Prefer audiobooks.
