Im getting ready to venture inti the wholesale aspect of real estate in westchester and I currently hold a bachelors degree in marketing/ public relations. I want to know if www.intellibiz.com is better than the seminar/training classes that is being offered by Than Merrill. I went to Merrill's free seminar in new rochelle last friday and I was told that there wouldnt be another chance to pay the $197 because they would be leaving town the next day. ( I found out afterwards that was false, they would be in the area for several weeks.) I told the rep i didnt have the money all at once then he offered to let me do a payment arrangement ( I left my wallet athome on purpose). 30 minutes later i went to a different rep about the package and he said there were payment arrangements available. The seminar was good but those people selling the packages threw me off and now im leaning more towards intellibiz by Mr. Vaughn. Help!!!!
