McGraw-Hill 36-hour course book

I was just in the bookstore and, as always, had to feed my addiction by buying a book. I happened to come across one that wasn't available in my local library, so I figured it would be worth it to buy. Has anyone read "The McGraw-Hill 36-Hour Course: Real Estate Investing"? I like the idea that it walks me through the industry while giving assignments and even a free exam at the end. (With my ADD brain, something with structure always makes me feel like I can actually be able to focus and achieve something) Has anyone read this? What are your thoughts on this one? Thanks! Winona

Looks like it gets decent, though not great, reviews:

For introductory investing material, my opinion is that you don't need to buy books.  Check out the beginners guide here on BP and start reading articles, blog posts and old forum threads.  Once you decide on a niche, that's when you should start digging in...

Just my $.02...
