Flipping Gurus
I am seriously looking into getting involved in flipping, particularly the strategy of buying, rehabbing and selling.
I have been doing some research, including here on Bigger Pockets. I am in the middle of the book BP is selling on the site, "The Book on Flipping Houses" bu J Scott.
Obviously there is much to learn and I want to do this right.
Out of these three "gurus", please let me know your thoughts and opinions regarding them and their courses.
I know Phil has a mentor program for like $10k, which I am not interested in at all. But him and the other two also have $97 courses.
I appreciate your feedback.
Feel free to let me know of others you feel may be even better than Phil Pustejovsky, or Eric Medemar.
Thanks so much.
