 Personally I do not think BP does a good job vetting their podcast guests. It seems like a lot of the guests are those who have claimed to have "gotten rich quick", and many of those are smoke and mirrors. This is not the first nor will it probably be the last. 

Over the past five years, it was not harder to lose money in real estate than make it.... So I am sure there will be more to come.
