Rookie Bootcamp Training Class of February 2023!

I am thrilled to report that I will begin my first Real Estate Rookie Bootcamp training class next month! I am already reading Ashley Kehr's brand new book, "Real Estate Rookie: 90 Days to your first Investment." I highly recommend this book to anyone who needs the combination of motivation and inspiration that leads to ACTION and results. I am eager to meet some of my fellow Investor colleagues who will join me on this adventure. I am also getting closer to identify the market that I want to be in having ruled out some (for now) already. I have set a goal of buying my next Investment property within 90 days, so I plan to apply everything I am learning now to that deal (and getting ready for the next one). I am grateful to BP for the opportunity to meet colleagues through the forum and during local Meetup groups. I am feeling less daunted by all of the challenges now.  I remain focused on what can be done versus the obstacles that have to be overcome.

That’s awesome! I’m looking into taking the course as well. I have a seasoned real estate vet as a “mentor” but I feel like I need more hand holding than “here’s a list, make some calls” - maybe I’m just using excuses because I’m scared to leap but I’m wondering if this will help with my lack of/slow action taking. Anyway, you have the right attitude so I know you will crush it!
