Finding deals Ontario

Hello everyone,

I have been actively looking for single and multi family deals. For single family I have been looking for fix and flip projects. For the multi unit I'm also looking for properties I can add value to thru rehab/raising rents, additional units, storage, etc. Mostly just whatever is on the market is what I have been exposed to and seem to have no found anything or have been out bid on most "good deals". For single family flips I am looking in Hamilton/Brantford/St. Catherines. For the Multi unit I am looking at Hamilton/Brantford/Kitchener(KWC)/London/St. Catherines. I've reached out to realtors to send me pocket listings but most of them set me up with whatever comes on market. If anyone can help me out on finding deals. Please msg to discuss.
