Convert Duplex to Student rental in Hamilton, ON downtown
I'm thinking in renting a duplex in Locke St neighborhood to students by the room to increase cash flow. We came to the area, walked a few blocks up and down, left and right, and really liked the area. It seems that there are lots of young couples, students. Will it be a challenge to fill the duplex with two groups of students, perhaps from McMaster?
