New to Milwaukee, looking for some suggestions
Hi everyone, this is Yang and I just step into the rental property investment as my first try :). Right now I'm trying to evaluate a property and would like to get some suggestions from the local experts (Google does not help that much :( )
1. The property locates in Maple Tree, would like to know the vacancy rate of this area for a duplex model and how easy it is to rent out.
2. How's the tenant in this area?
3. Any good suggestions on the property management company in this area?
Any suggestions are welcomed! Thanks!

There are 51% renters in that neighborhood. That's a great rental area. Check out rentometer.com. PMI or Welcome Home Milwaukee would be good options to check. I know Mike from PMI actually owns in that area too.
