Best Kitchen Granite Countertops & Cabinets in Tukwila. We completed a small kitchen rehab (including an island) a year and a half ago and their costs were as follows. Note: We were given a contractor discount through multiple projects with this company.

Supply & Install of Quartz countertops & Stainless Steel Sink - $2.4k

Supply of Cabinets - $2k

They also modeled our kitchen in a CAD program that used real dimensions of the kitchen and allowed us to play with the layout of shelves, drawers, lazy susan, etc. I would expect this is the standard now days. DM me if you would photos of the finished product.
