Recommendation for land and building surveyor?

Hi Forum, need recommendation on reliable and professional surveyors for a land about 0.8 acre with 4,000sf existing buildings on it. Someone who covers the Seattle/Bellevue areas would be appreciated. Need to survey both the land and buildings. Thanks!

Terrane, have used them for multiple site surveys, always provide high quality work and my clients tell me they also come in as the most affordable option. For exterior extents they should have you covered, if you need an interior building survey it can often be tacked onto an architects scope for the new work.

@Senthil Velu It sounds like you are in the early feasibility stages of your project. I'm currently reaching out to some contacts to find another surveyor for that area and will report back here soon. Without knowing much about your site access it seems like you should have plenty of space to short subdivide your lot. There are a number of other factors to consider to determine the number of lots to target during the process but (again without a ton of info) you seem to be starting out from a place that will afford you some flexibility. Hi All,

A new member here, i find this forum super useful.  I am in the process of evaluating sub dividing a property and building a house. I called Terrane and they no longer do surveying in bellevue, wa. Is there any other recommendations?

I am a newbie at this, i am not even clear of the process and could use a helping hand. My goal is to sub divide my almost acre lot in bellevue, zoned R5 and build a house.

We use Emerald Land Survey. He has worked with my father for over 20 years and now i work with him as well. He does amazing work for a great price.
