Newbie looking for Agent?
Hello,
Newbie investor, looking to find an agent in the near term to find bank owned properties and/or a great multifamily unit. Looking for up to a four-plex, as this would be our first official home that we've owned, so eligible for FHA etc, looking to maximize financial perks. Husband is a handyman, and we have experience building a home. Pretty firm on the locations, can't be too far from work/ kiddo's school located in Hilltop.
I am very interested in discussion with someone who actually knows financing ins and outs versus my fumbling around on websites. I'm in the beginning steps of getting pre-approved, but I will need some help trying to make an offer on a place.
Thanks, please feel free to leave info if you're an agent or know of a great one for the sector I am looking for.
