Wholesale lender recommendation
Hello, I'm structuring a wholesale deal. I would like to have your inputs on these issues:
1. Any conventional lender will finance a wholesale deal? It seems that many banks will require the assignee name on the PSA with the seller, which is a problem in a wholesale deal.
2. Any private or hard money lender that can finance the assignment fee?
