Missouri? Pros/cons with buying rentals here
I am in Washington where my governor has hurt WA’s rental market substantially. I want a safe market and have been looking in MO. Any thoughts?

You might look in Branson, Missouri. It is like most of rural Missouri, but it t has tourism and Table Rock Lake to set it apart.
