Advice for starter (passive income)

Hey everyone! I’m 18 years old and looking forward to make my first move in real estate. I’ve been reading and gathering information since December 2019 (when I found about Bigger Pockets) and the potential in real estate investing.

Since in my country (Argentina) properties are currently a bit too expensive for my budget (and asking for a loan is out of the question since interest rates are between 40 and 50 percent), I focused on finding a way to make passive income so that later I can invest in other type of properties.

With that being said, I did some research about syndications and crowdfunding. Would anyone recommend a syndication in particular for non-accredited foreign investors? Do you know any other foreign investor that did something related to this? Is there another sort of passive income (besides being a private money lender) that you can think of?

Thanks!

Santiago.

Check out cardone capital. I would also read joe Fairless apartment syndication book.
