Canadian - getting US mortgage

Hi all,

I’m a Canadian citizen and I plan to purchase an investment rental property in US within 6 months. So I started to do a ground work and finally called TD US cross border mortgage today. An agent told me that TD US will stop servicing Canadians for investment property mortgages starting this mid-June.

Does anyone know the lender who provides mortgage for Canadians?

TD US mortgage - 25% downpayment with 30yr fixed ~5.7%
