    I would say the most popular in the area is L.T. Caplan (757) 523-0023. A lot of the investors in the area use him and so have I. They actually move pretty quickly and prices are pretty good.

    Are you starting to buy in the area? I'm a wholesaler here and would love to add you to my buyers list.
