Getting Started Investing in Fort Worth
Hey All! My wife and I moved to Fort Worth in 2015 from North Georgia. We both have experience in real estate from Georgia: she was an agent and is still an agent assistant for her dad, and I help manage my mom's STRs. Our long term goals are to build up STRs both in Texas and Georgia, but we want to start accruing cash through flipping in the Fort Worth and the surrounding area.
We have every contact we could need in back home, but have nothing here. We are looking for investing specialized real estate agents and lenders as we get started flipping in the immediate future. Any referrals or flipping advice for Fort Worth are appreciated!
