wholesaling in the USA from Canada, setting it up

Very new to REI, and I have lots of research to do to see if this will work or not. I'm interested in wholesaling in the USA from Canada. I live in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I've done some online research, spent a weekend at a GURU conference in NC last year, and watched/listened to a load of podcasts on the subject. My sister lives in NC & does some out of state wholesaling & has taught me a bunch so far.

Being internationaI, I probably need to get some legal & accounting details sorted out to see if this is going to fly or not. Any Canadians out there willing to give some insights/direction as far as setting things up with accountants & lawyers to work the US system from Canada?
