Syndication Investing Questions in Central Texas

Benton Maples
Posted

I'm looking for passive cash flow investments and would like to understand real estate syndication opportunities in Central Texas (live in Austin.)

Are there any local syndication meetups?

Want to understand differences between investing with local syndications vs. platforms like Fundrise and Realty Mogul.

Also curious what people are thinking about these types of investments and projected returns in this uncertain market?

Just a note on ROI in uncertain times... I don't think Austin is going anywhere and I would much rather have my money in RE than the stock market at the moment.
