I-35 Corridor Growth
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to drive I-35 all the way down to the border at Laredo and was blown away by the ongoing growth. It really adds perspective to our market when you see the massive amount of new construction, both residential and commercial. Seeing what has been built in just the past 5-10 years is amazing. It's no wonder that everyone wants to come here.

Wooowww thanks Jarrod Weaver for reassuring myself that I have a gold mind on my hands. All I need to figure out is how to start taking advantage of this place! Is there any tips that you would recommend following here in laredo? I have a couple of plans on what I wanted to do, but I just can't put my foot down for sures. I was also trying to find mentors here in laredo, but I haven't had any luck. If you know of anyone that I can reach out to for genuine advice I would greatly appreciate it!
