I-35 Corridor Growth

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to drive I-35 all the way down to the border at Laredo and was blown away by the ongoing growth. It really adds perspective to our market when you see the massive amount of new construction, both residential and commercial. Seeing what has been built in just the past 5-10 years is amazing. It's no wonder that everyone wants to come here.

Hey @Marco Garza you may NOT want to make Laredo such a big deal on BP. From what I saw, it's a great place to live and the growth happening there is amazing. Perhaps it should be your secret. Just tell everyone that San Antonio and Austin are the places to be so they can keep fighting it out for homes that don't cash-flow and see very little appreciation.

Laredo has everything a great community for investment needs: jobs, development, infrastructure and an influx of capital coming in from the manufacturing and shipping industries.

Don't tell a soul about your secret gold mine.
