Austin Realtor recommendations?

Looking for a good realtor to find either SFRs or MF properties in the Austin area for Buy&Hold.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Make sure the agent you choose is also an investor. There is a major difference between someone who invests and one who simply recommends investment properties. Experience is crucial to success, especially in a market where high prices limit or disallow cash-flow. Good Luck!
