Input on Rt. 75 Corridor Rental Market
I'm interested in hearing folks' thoughts on the rental market outlook for the 75 corridor (i.e. McKinney, Melissa, Anna, Van Alstyne). Do we feel growth is already priced in? Do we feel there's still investment opportunity? Does anyone know investor-friendly realtors in this area?
