Kathy Fettke, Moe Ansari, and LAS VEGAS

So yesterday Moe had her on his Show to discuss RE.  She is a regular.   Moe asked her about whether its a good time to do VEGAS.    She said ,sheepishly she missed the boat on Las Vegas.   Its Detroit or Cleveland now.

How could an expert miss Vegas .   $80,000 homes years ago selling for $400,000 now.  Ive heard her tout Belize, Costa Rica,

Moral of story------noone really knows.
