Property management company recommendation please

Good afternoon,

We have a tenant who only paid partial rent in December. She has indicated that she'll be late again for Jan rent.

According to the leasing agreement, we can legally evict her, but we wanted to save that as our last resort.

We wanted to see if there is any property management company who could help us get the December rent as well as the late fee. If needed, this company will also be able to help us with the eviction process.

Any recommendations?

The property is in The Colony in the DFW area.

Thanks!

Zoe

I've used Uptown Dallas Properties and really loved working with them. Would recommend.
