Land purchase in Somerset TX
My friend wants to sell 10 acres of land in Somerset Tx.
My question is, if I'm able to purchase the land for around $70-100K how would I go about dividing it up to sell as individual acre or 2 acre lots? Questions I should ask the seller about the land? To whom could I sell it to? I could possibly wholesale the contract instead. I'm trying to figure out if there is even a market for land there and how I would go about it.
