Hey BP,

I wanted to get some thoughts and feedback about Seguin, TX. Does anyone invest in the area and had success? Being that it is only a short drive down I-10, it seems to me it shouldn't be too hard to manage projects there, but is it worth it?

@Alexi Schreier We stay away from pretty much all of the west side of Seguin. Part of that is just a personal preference though; there are investors working in those areas that make money. As I mentioned before, since we self-manage our rentals, we look for nicer properties in nicer areas that attract nicer tenants, which means easier management for us.
