Hello in a continual effort to learn more about this market I would like to know what areas of San Antonio including the submarkets like San Marcos etc are you investing in or do you see the path of progress heading towards? What areas are still a few years away from getting over the hill and what areas do you stay away from?

I appreciate all of your responses and if you have reasoning for why you like/dislike the areas that would be an added bonus!
