Could you recommend a Title Company in Houston?

I am finalizing an off market, lease to own option sale of my SFR to a tenant. Could you recommend a title company that could facilitate this transaction? I live close to I-10 and Beltway 8 West but would drive across town. Let me know if you need any more details. Thank you!
