Understanding A Decade of Houston Real Estate

Hello Houston Bigger Pockets! I am a Real Estate Finance Major at The University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business and this is my first post to the forums. 

Below is a link to the most detailed map of Houston development, demolition, and permit issuance I have ever seen. The data is pulled from "the Harris County Appraisal District's (HCAD) public data site" by "the Kinder Institute in early 2016". The data spans 2005 to 2015.
