Coming into town end of the month & interested in getting some exposure to multifamily apartment complexes for sale in area with good cap rates 8+.

I can give a big shout out for @Jeffrey Holst. He knows the area very well and is has been investing in multifamily. Great contact for the Chattanooga area.
