Anyone know where I can download or get Assignment and purchase agreement for TN? Im not able to get it here on BP’s files for some reason.

There are no specific contracts like you request particular to states.  If you have one for another state, you have one for Tennessee.

Furthermore, states don't approve contracts.  They only have rules for them.  

Boards of realtors are different.  They have contracts they approve and most members abide by them and many brokerages insist their agents use them.  

Unless you are a licensed agent affiliated with a broker, you are not restricted.
