Anyone know of a RELIABLE handyman in the Metro Nashville area?  Preferably licensed.  Will compensate fairly, but need someone with experience dealing with rental properties.

George Ambriz  - Not the cheapest but fairly reliable. Sometimes communication is a little tricky on when he's getting to the job site. He's definitely the best of the 6 - 8 Handymen I've dealt with! 

Benjamin Young - Tends to work more with homeowners (not rentals)
