Little Rock Agent and PM recommendations?
Hi All - I'm an out of state investor and looking into the Little Rock market to BRRRR. I would prefer to go through the BRRRR process on my own than purchase from a turnkey company. I have already BRRRR'd three SFH's in Louisiana, sight unseen, so I feel comfortable doing it again even though I'm out of state.
I am specifically looking for an investor agent and a rockstar property manager in Little Rock. If you know of any, please let me know. Thanks a bunch!
