hey everybody! I'm a new investor in the area and I am looking for places to invest in real estate. If you know the area well, or have a recommendations about where to invest and not to invest I would love to hear! It would help me a lot to get to know the area and maybe contact with some of you in order to purchase real estate in Pittsburgh.

@Eylon Toures Hi Eylon, Pittsburgh is certainly a booming market for investors. Many feel the buy-in is a lot more conducive than other more saturated markets. I've lived here my whole life and know all of the neighborhoods very well. Best areas to invest in are subjective based upon what your goals are, what your budget is, kinds of properties interested in, types of tenants you hope to attract and more.
