Pittsburgh Short Term Rentals?

Hi all, 

I'm originally from Bethel Park area and just moved back to help family. I'm wondering if Airbnb/Vrbo/STR is allowed here still in downtown area? I have looked up the laws and have not found any red marks not to proceed. But wanted to hear from some experts from my fav podcast.
