Looking for Contractor in Beaver Falls for a duplex remodel.

Hello all, 

I have been investing in the Beaver Falls area now for a little over 2 years and I have acquired 12 units consisting of 7 properties and will be closing on an additional 3 units (duplex and SF) at the end of January.  I will need to totally gut and remodel the duplex and I have worked with one contractor who always finishes things 90% and it is a struggle to have him finish the project so I am looking for a new contractor for this next remodel.  Since I love this site for so many things I thought that I would start here and see if you all had any recommendations.
