Philadelphia property lead paint
Hi all,
I am remodeling a property from 1940 to get it ready as a rental. I am under the impression you need to have a technician come out to test for lead paint.(For any age not just children 6 and under) As a precaution I would like to paint over the trim throughout the house with Encapsulant paint. Has anyone had this issue, any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.
