I will be spending a considerable amount of time in Philly in the years to come so I wanted to connect with the Philly community. I have reached out to a few of you but wanted to start a discussion to meet others.

I am currently based out of San Fran doing fix & flips/ turnkey rentals flips in the midwest. I would also love to connect with other investors to learn about the Philly market as I am starting from scratch there.
