Banks/Credit Unions willing to do refi loans at 75% LTV

I am looking at BRRRR properties and a number of properties are right on the edge of working with conservative ARVs. Changing the LTV on the refi from 70% to 75% would tip the scale on a number of these properties. Does anyone know a local bank or credit union that would do 75% LTV as opposed to the typical 70%?
