New Norristown Township lead cert Requirement

Hi All,

I saw that Norristown added a new lead certification requirement. Anyone have experience with this or can recommend anyone? I assume this is mostly a formality as I would assume the majority of lead paint has been painted over so many times by now in those older homes.
