Hello BP,

Just getting started in the BRRRR game. Beginning the search for that elusive first deal. I would feel a lot more comfortable if i had a reliable GC to walk through properties with me. Any suggestions would be much appreciated by this rookie.

@Anthony Turco Are you willing to pay a good GC for his time? The days of us walking a jobsite and spending a few hours (for free) putting together your budget for you are long gone...
