Hey everybody,

I'm new to real estate investing and I'm curious about wholesalers perspectives (or anyone experienced in real estate investing) on the 2021 Portland market. A couple questions in specific being:

What areas are cash buyers investing in and what type of properties?

What type of marketing seems to be most successful?
