Tulsa Banks Seasoning Period for Cash Out Refinance
Hi everyone, we're looking at some properties in Tulsa to BRRRR, and wondering which banks have the shortest seasoning period for cash-out refinance. Are most 6-12 months?
Thanks!

I just locked a cash out refi at 3.75 on a 30 last week. Chase bought the last two I did a few months ago. My local banks have zero seasoning. I typically don’t brrrr with local banks though.
