Good Morning BPers,

It's been a super long and super busy, but the weekend is upon us.

To be boost energy, morale and motivation, in this super tough market, Would any BPers investing in the OKC market like to share your RECENT (with a year) success investment deals?

Give us some of the details too (You know we all are nerds for the numbers!)

 1. Asking vs Purchased Price

2.  Renovation Costs

3. Property Details (bed/bath, multi/sfr, etc.)

4. Rent

6. Cash on Cash return

5. OKC Neighborhood you purchased in

As for me, no successful deals yet. But this week, I did look at 2 properties, analyzed those deals, connected with 2 individuals that I need as part of my real estate investing team and have a coffee/drinks with another person today. I also planned out my weekend to call and introducing myself to lenders and see what financing opportunities are available.

Happy FriYay, Good luck everyone and I hope we can all share some good deals to keep the energy flowing.

Best,

Simond
