Hello BP,
Looking at two properties on one lot near El Reno High School (Zip 73036). How is the area for rentals? Crime? How the vacancies rates? What is the tenant profile there? How would you classify the neighborhood? i.e. A, B, C, D. Also, looking for recommendations for a property management company that works this area. I would appreciate any other information that you'll think is helpful to me.

Family has several houses there. Steady C class rentals. They are very friendly with their tenants. They did sell a nicer/larger home there because they were having trouble renting at higher price ranges in town.

@Edwin L. El Reno offers fairly inexpensive real estate and still solid rent returns, it's roughly 30 minutes from OKC so close enough for people who just want out of the bigger city feel. I'm a realtor and investor in the OKC metro so if there is anything I can do to help let me know.
