I am currently looking into the Cleveland market for buy and hold duplex/multi-family apartment buildings. I would love to connect with a couple investor/realtors and property managers to pick your brain on the area. Thanks!

     1st thing you'll want to do is scope The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods. Out of State Investors have been using this guide for years to get a feel for the lay of the land her in Cleveland.

     Cleveland is the way to go! Just be careful what neighborhood you buy it. I always say if something looks like it is too good to be true, it probably is.
