Lead paint inspections

Posted

Hello everyone,

I posted this on another thread but didn't get a reply yet. Does anyone has experience with this? How serious is it? Is everyone required to do it or only certain categories of landlords?

My understanding is that any property registered as a rental in the City of Cleveland (not suburbs) must get an inspection. Not sure what you mean by "how serious is it?" Are you asking if they are actually going to enforce it? If so, it certainly seems like they intend to.

You can read this thread for more details of my experience: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
