Investor friendly realtor recommendations
Good Morning Everyone,
I am a real estate agent in Northern Virginia working for a small brokerage that doesn't have offices in Ohio. I have a friend that is interested in purchasing their first investment property to live in one unit and rent out the other.
Please let me know if you have any recommendations for an experienced local agent that's familiar with the market in that area.
